This happened to me around 3 years ago on the MRT

I was PUSHED by unidentified women into the gap at the Guadalupe station going back to Makati. My leg got caught in the gap and I was stuck. If not for my daughter who pulled me up, the doors would have closed and my leg would have been torn off when the train moved. NO ONE HELPED ME, not even the useless guards. When I reached the Ayala station, shaken, with my leg bleeding, I approached the first guard I saw and asked him to help me. He just stared at me and said, "Wala kaming clinic dito." I screamed at him to look at my leg and do something help me. He mumbled abut looking for help but he never came back. I had to go to SM Makati's entrance and when I saw the guards I started to cry. I'm diabetic and the fear of losing my leg or foot is always scary to me.

Not even ten seconds after I started crying, SM Makati guards had a wheel chair and put me in it. They took me to their private clinic inside the deep recesses of the store and their nurse treated my wounds & put ice on my foot. A few days after that my foot turned black. I had to go to Asian Hospital for an X-ray and treatment. It cost me close to P10K. I don't blame that woman who had a fight & started cursing. If I ever ride the MRT again, I'll jab anyone who even touches me in the ribs. A lot of these women (and yes, I was riding the 'women only' portion of the train) have the manners of uncivilized jungle people--in fact I feel I'm insulting the jungle people. I have ridden the MRT again but I've made sure to board in places that are not full (Magallanes and Trinoma). I feel for the people who have to take the MRT daily because they have no other choice. --

It is far better to regret something you did, than something you didn't do.
